What we offer:List Item 1
We offer Mentoring Support in School and the Community.
The mentoring can be based on:
- behavioural outcomes
- perosnal development
- 1:1 training courses such as learning to play a instrument or learning a new skills.
Mentoring can be in personal or via video call.

Mentoring option 1
Option 1
- One day a week for the whole school year.
- 9 meetings with individual pupils
- Sessions to last around 30 mins.
- Please ask email us below.
- We will arrange a meeting to agree outcomes and complete SLA.
Option 1 enables a young person to have consistent support over a number of weeks. The support is reviewed every half-term (six weeks) to determine whether:
- the support has worked and can come to an end.
- the support is working and requires longer intervention.
- the support has worked, but additional professional support is required (e.g. CAHMS)
- the support has not been affective, and the supportshould come to an end.
- We work closely to the ethos of payments by results.

This process also gives other young people who can benefit from our support the opportunity of receiveing our support .

Option 2
- Half a day a week for the whole school year.
- 5/4 meetings with individual pupils.
- Sessions to last around 30 mins.
- Please ask email us below.
- We will arrange a meeting to agree outcomes and complete SLA.
Option 2, similar to Option 1 and has most of the benefits of Option 1, but is slightly more expensive and less pupils can access the service.
The support is reviewed every half-term (six weeks) to determine whether:
the support has worked and can come to an end.
- the support is working and requires longer intervention.
- the support has worked, but additional professional support is required (e.g. CAHMS)
- the support is has not been affective, and the support should come to an end.
- We work closely to the ethos of payments by results.
This process also gives other young people who can benefit from our support the opportunity of receiving our support .

Mentoring Option 3
Option 3
1 hour for the six sessions.
6meetings with the individual pupil.
Session lasts around 30 mins to an hour.

This option is slightly more expensive, but it is good for one off specific support or where there are only a few hours funding available.
This is not the most ideal method of support, but it can on occasions be successful.

How to refer:
Our referral process is easy!
- Telephone or email us to discuss your learner/client and the support you require for them.
- Email us to confirm what was discussed and the required support and the agreed outcomes that are expected after our engagement with your learner/client.
- We will conduct a FREE initial assessment and matching for your young person for FREE.
- We will email you or telephone you to confirm the start date, end date, venue, and time of support.
- If there is a cost to any of our services, we will always discuss and confirm this with you by telephone and/or email, prior to starting the support sessions.
- There are no hidden costs to our service.
- We are able to support learners/clients during the day, evenings and weekend.
- To arrange a free consultation, please fill in the form and we will send you our referral form and arrange a time to discuss the support required.

What check we do on all our staffList Item 2
- All staff have had an enhanced DBS check (correct workforce/barring) undertaken, the results of which were satisfactory and that these have been shown to you to record on your Single Central Record (SCR) and completed every 3 years
- Ongoing checking takes place as required.
- Our organisation has a policy for safer recruitment and we apply this in the engagement of new staff (including carrying out identity checks, health checks, obtaining references and checking qualifications and checking any gaps in employment records).
- All staff are authorised to work in the UK. If applicable an overseas criminal record check (e.g. Certificate of Good Conduct) will be carried out.
- All staff supplied by us have been provided with a photo ID badge, and will be required to display it at all times when working on or off premises.
